Make a referral to Human Nature

If you feel a young person in your life would benefit from one of our programs, please check out the eligibility requirements below and contact Human Nature via our enquiry form.

Once you have submitted the enquiry form, a member of our team will respond within seven days to discuss your query. If the young person meets our eligibility criteria and we have capacity to see them, you will be provided with the referral form by email.

Our eligibility criteria for a referral:

• young person aged between 14 and 18
• living in Lismore, Tweed Heads, Murwillumbah, Evans Head, LGAs of Ballina and Byron or within 40kms of Ballina
• presenting with significant challenges (e.g. trauma, addictions, mental health issues, social problems, behavioural difficulties or family conflict/breakdown and
• experiencing barriers to engaging with support in clinical settings.
