Head Of Operations

We are looking for an exceptional Head of Operations to join our Senior Leadership Team. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, you’ll be the go-to executive anchor for Human Nature’s operational, financial, and human resources architecture.

This is more than just an operations role—it is an opportunity to lead with deep purpose. By taking ownership of our day-to-day infrastructure, systems optimisation, and risk mitigation, you will create the stable, scalable conditions that allow our frontline clinical team to focus on what they do best: delivering life-changing, nature-based therapy for young people across the Northern Rivers.

Adventure Therapist

We are looking for an experienced, passionate Adventure Therapist to join our dedicated clinical team. Reporting to the Team Leader, you will step beyond the limitations of conventional practice settings to deliver life-changing, nature-based therapy where it matters most.

This is more than just a therapy role—it is an opportunity to lead with deep purpose. As a key member of our highly collaborative multidisciplinary team, you will provide relationship-based community therapy delivered outside clinical settings.
