Joy Barber Hua

Originally from the UK, Joy has over 20 years experience in marketing and brand engagement in both the not-for-profit and private sectors, working for large charities like the NSPCC and Terrence Higgins Trust and on major brands such as BMW, Disney and Philips. At the NSPCC she established a team dedicated to producing short form video content, spearheading a move away from traditional advertising to brand and content partnerships that had powerful results in engaging youth and adult audiences alike. She is passionate about telling young people‚Äôs stories and involving them throughout the creative process.
