We welcome feedback and are committed to maintaining safe, respectful environments across all of our programs and workplaces.
This page allows you to share feedback, raise a concern, make a complaint, or report an incident, near miss, or hazard. Your input helps us improve, address risks, and support the wellbeing of everyone involved in Human Nature’s work.

Your right to speak up
We want you to feel safe, respected, and heard. If something doesn’t feel right – or if you simply want to share feedback – you can speak up.
Here’s what you can expect:
- You can make a complaint, give feedback or report something anonymously
- We’ll respect your privacy, in line with our Privacy and Confidentiality Policy
- We take every report seriously
- We will involve you in the review process where appropriate.
- We work work hard to find a solution that works for everyone
- We see feedback as a chance to improve, so don’t hold back if there’s something you want us to know.

Feedback and complaints

Response timeframe: If you request a response, we aim to respond to you as soon as possible and within 5 business days.
Incident, near miss and hazard reporting
Use this form to report safety-related matters, including:
- An incident where someone was harmed or at risk
- A near miss where harm could have occurred
- A hazard that could pose a risk to people’s safety
These reports help us identify risks and prevent future harm.
